Delivery Charges

We offer a FREE next day delivery service on all orders.

Additional charges may be incurred, and additional time required, for deliveries to remote areas / outside of the UK mainland and Northern Ireland, including:

For large items, such as furniture, safes and filing cabinets, please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

Delivery Times

We aim to deliver your order to you by 5:30pm the next working day.

Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (but excluding Bank Holidays). If you place an order after 5:30pm, please calculate your delivery time as if your order had been placed the following working day. Deliveries will then reach you the next working day.

If the item you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you to let you know and inform you of a delivery date.

PLEASE NOTE: Special order items, furniture items or deliveries to remote areas may have longer delivery times (3-5 working days) and additional delivery costs.

All deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the courier arrives, the courier will leave a card with a their contact number for you to call them.

Where do we deliver to?

We deliver to the mainland UK and Northern Ireland. Please note that additional time and charges may be incurred for more remote areas. Please click here to contact us or call one of our account managers FREE on 0800 980 1080 for further information.

We want to make sure that you receive the goods you have ordered, therefore all deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the delivery.

DELIVERY UPSTAIRS: Our carriers are contracted to deliver to the stated address on the order. If your order is required on another floor, please include the relevant floor number when you place your order.

FURNITURE: Insurance covers us to deliver furniture products to the ground floor only. If furniture needs to be delivered to a different level you will need to arrange this separately yourself.

SAFES: Safes are a bulky & heavy item. Delivery of a safe depends on quality access to your building. There may be additional charges if, for example, two delivery people are required instead of one. You will be contacted and asked to answer some basic access questions and / or arrange for us to carry out a site survey when you plan on buying a safe.
